How To Contact Us

There are four methods to contact us.

    • This number is only capable of receiving text messages. Our team monitors these messages and the appropriate department will respond as needed

How to Submit a Maintenance Request

Oasis Asset Management accepts maintenance requests and tenant communications in two forms. Once you have accepted possession of the property, all communication regarding your lease, maintenance and other questions and concerns are to be directed to the means of communication below. 

  1. Our main and preferred method of contact for all inquiries, maintenance or otherwise is via text message to our Textline number 248.927.1868 (please note, this number will only accept text messages). 

  2. We can also be reached at maintenance@oasisassetmgmt.com, however response times will be delayed compared to texting us at the number above. 

Upon submission of a maintenance request, a member of our maintenance staff will respond within 24-48 hours. In the case of an emergency or after hours request, response times will be as quick as possible. Emergencies may include, but are not limited to; active leaks, loss of heat, or loss of hot water.

All maintenance request must be submitted via one of the two methods above


Please Note: Adding photos greatly assists us in assessing the work that needs to be completed at your property, please include whenever possible. Especially when submitting a request for an appliance, be sure to include a photo of the model and serial number.

How to Pay Your Rent

Please remember, per your lease agreement the full amount of rent and late fees are to be paid in one full transaction to us, separate payments are not accepted and will be returned. 


Once you're enrolled with Zelle, all you need is an email address or U.S. mobile phone number to send money straight from your banking app. Zelle can be used to send money to almost anyone you know and trust with a bank account in the U.S. Most banks offer Zelle directly through their website or App.
